We had a wonderful class with Master Alex Lee. One of the exercises we practised was making your energy bigger and bigger until it fills the whole room, then expand it to the space outside, then the state, then the country and then the whole world. It was amazing to experience the feeling of being one with the whole world. There was nothing that I was not a part of, the whole world was in me and I was the world. Thank you Master Lee for this experience.
