Dahn Yoga and Dahnjon
When people first come to a Dahn Yoga Center, one of the first thing they hear from the Dahn Yoga Instructor, is Dahnjon. I heard that in human body we have three Dahnjon. When we refer to Dahnjon, by default it means the lower Dahnjon. It acts as the fuel tank of energy. It functions as the center to circulate energy throughout the body. Like the heart is the center of blood circulation, Dahnjon is the center of energy circulation, and a repository of energy.
It is located 2 or 3 inches below the belly button and two inches inside the belly. It is in the center of the abdomen. Breathe in deeply and out slowly. Do this slowly and concentrate on your breathing. You can place one hand on the Dahnjon area and feel the hand moving. This breath work is called Dahnjon breathing at Dahn Yoga.
This Dahnjon breathing is a very good healthy method. You can practice this breathing exercise after Brain Wave Vibration. Do the Brain Wave Vibration training for 10 minutes. And, perform the abdominal breathing for about ten minutes. It will bring about significant change in your health.
