Brain Cleansing Tips
Continue washing your brain in the stream of pure spring water. Wash away the dirt left by emotional reactions from long ago, and rinse away stagnant and spent energy. Gently shake your brain in the stream, loosening and shaking out all the dirt.
Now Ilchi Lee advice that, imagine putting your brain into your lower Dahn-jon and feeling it expand and contract in size along with the rhythm of your breathing. Feel the light radiating out from your brain and filling your whole body.
Now, through your imagination, gently guide your glowing brain back into your head.
Breath in and out deeply three times.
Rub your hands together briskly until warm, and gently massage your face, head, and neck.
