Benefits: Releases tension from the shoulders, while strengthening the shoulder and elbow joints.<br />
1. Stand with your feet apart and hold your arms straight out from your body, parallel<br />
     to the ground, palms down.<br />
2. As you inhale deeply, twist the hands in opposite directions. Hold for 3 counts.<br />
    Exhale and return to the original position.<br />
3. Repeat the exercise, switching the direction of the twist. Repeat 3 times in each direction.</p></blockquote>
