Benefits: Stretches the side of the body while increasing circulation to the liver, stomach, and other internal organs.
1. Place your left hand on your waist. Inhale as you reach the right hand over the ear toward the left side. Hold for 3 counts. Exhale and slowly return.
2. Repeat 3 times on each side of the body.

Touching Clouds

Benefits: General, all-over body stretch. Develops balance.
1. Clasp your hands together and push your palms to the ceiling. Inhale as you push.
    Older children can rise up on tiptoes. Hold for a few counts.
2. Exhale and return to the original position. Repeat 3–5 times.
